Our educational material is created and designed our Medical Advisory Board and Educational Design Experts.

Strengthening Schools through Sleep Education

We provide a short, accessible, and engaging online curriculum that teaches students everything they need to know about sleep, including history, disorders, tips and tricks, as well as mindfulness exercises. Our educational material is created and designed our Medical Advisory Board and Educational Design Experts. To ensure the effectiveness of our approach, the online curriculum includes pre and post-surveys created by our Medical Advisor Board or notable existing institutions. Mobilizing Communities and Building Governmental Partnerships

Our communities play a vital role in shaping young people's health habits. End No Sleep partners with educational institutions, governments, and NGOs to elevate sleep education and ensure it becomes a critical part of preventative health care.

Equipping Youth with Sleep Health Knowledge

End No Sleep engages students and young adults directly by educating them on the importance of sleep for brain function and mental health. We use digital tools such as social media and our soon to launch AI chatbot to provide evidence-based practical sleep tips and resources.
