We provide a short, accessible, and engaging curriculum that teaches students the critical role of sleep in mental health and overall well-being. Students learn about sleep science, sleep disorders, evidence-based techniques, and mindfulness exercises designed to build lifelong healthy habits.

To measure effectiveness and continuously improve, our curriculum includes pre- and post-program surveys developed with guidance from our Medical Advisory Board and informed by validated educational approaches.
